Water Station Conversion on the French Riviera
Water station conversion on the French Riviera. A major renovation by Philippe Tondeur this was a sweet fruit. Originally, this building was a water cleaning station operating since 1910, which was then converted into an impressive residential area of 501 m2. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a pool, a garage that can accommodate 5 cars and a super-sized hot tub with views overlooking the harbor.
Abandoned in the 70s, the building was acquired in 1996 by the present owner. Philippe Tondeur is a Belgian army veteran pilot who spent almost 15 years to transform this building into a modern residential interior designer with the help of Belgian Jacques Bernadette. Years of hard work paid off with the completion of a beautiful modern residence and spectacular.[via]
